Pressing of bonding elements
We press nuts, spacer rods and pins in various options.
What we can press
We use zinc-plated or stainless steel.
- Nuts from M2 to M10
- Bolts from M2.5 to M8
- Spacer rods from M3 to M5
- Pins, diameter 3 to 6 mm
- Fixed from M3 to M6
Air press PLM KK-10T
We make use of an individually tailored machine for the pressing of bonding elements. Compared to standard series manufactured machines, it offers higher production variability and maximum reduction of the transition time between various element pressing cycles.

Finish: Al finishing operations types except for hot zinc plating may be used. Bonding elements he to be protected by silicon covers before the finishing operation. This will protect copper finish of elements, their exact shape and thread. Read more »

- We use calibratedhardened spacer cubes.
